DAY 1 : Arrive in Nairobi and spend the night in one of the Hotel that you are booked in depending on the time of your flight. You will be met by our office representative and escorted to your Hotel for the night, you can always confirm if the camping equipments are all ready for you for the next day Safari.
Day 2 : Depart Nairobi heading North of Kenya and experience the beauty of the Kenyan central highlands. This day our destination is Aberdare National park For a special hike to the highest point of the third highest mountain range in Kenya at a height of 4000 meters above sea level.Here you are able to learn more about nature and explore the beautiful scenery of the range, special plant of African high areas, birds of E.African high region and much more in the big game like, rhinos, elephants, buffalos and the rare Mountain Bongos which are very instinct to endangered specie. Do your first afternoon Game drive by visiting the Queens Cave and spectacular waterfalls which are renowned for their torrential water dunging from aloud shrouded heights to spray-filled ravines. They include Gura water Falls, the most precipitous falls in Kenya which cascades 300m in to an impenetrable ravine the lovely and long Karuru falls which falls in three steps and Chania falls. You also get a chance to have a break at the Queens cave Pavilion with a refreshing drink as you enjoy mist-shrouded Mountains, indigenous forest and Rolling Moorlands on the equator, with a short nature trail also which leads down the valley and into the mouth of Queens cave extending into a dark tern- filled pool beneath the cliffs, over which the force of the water cascades. Then back to the campsite for the night.
Day 3 : Second day game viewing in the park with an hours hike to the excellent circular nature trail, here you have a chance to witness how elephants slide down the slippery banks of tussock grass on their backsidelike small boys on tea trays, extending thirty minutes fishing. Over night in the campsite with a dinner of fish from your day luck freshly caught river trout pan fried in butter, spiked with lemon and consumed at appetite-tingling attitude-even more appetizing if the Trout was caught by your own hands, served with a kikuyu tradition food.
Day 4 : After breakfast pack your luggage and drive out to Samburu National reserve and put your tents at a campsite along River Engare Uwasonyiro with the best site under the huge River acacia trees with a cool enjoying breeze from the hot Samburu climate. After lunch do your first game in search of the SAMBURU Big Five that’s the
- Greater Kudu
- Reticulated Giraffe
- Somali Ostrich
- Grery’s Zebra
- Gerenuks and at the same time you get to see the normal big fire
Here in Samburu the climate is very hot and you need to stay with your skin lotion well on at all time to make sure you protect yourself from sunburn. Dinner and overnight at the camp
Day 5 : Spend the whole day in the park game viewing as per your convenience with 2 game drives with an option a visit to the local to the local community village that’s the Samburu people and experience their way of life in the African tribes which Still hold and believe in their traditions with the Chief of the village playing a very vital roll in children and community at Lange discipline. Overnight at the campsite.
Day 6 : After early breakfast depart early in the morning for Nakuru through the Equator towards western Kenya with a stop at the Equator for the demonstration to prove whether you are in right line and pictures for your memories. Head on to the famous Great Rift Valley view point for another stop (here you will see the fabulous views of the most magnificent Kenyans Falls the Thomson Falls and get the breeze of the area. You will have your lunch here and then proceed to LAKE NAIVASHA. On arrival put up your tents for the night with meals at the lake shore.
Day 7 : Depart very early in the morning with packed lunch for the hike at the Hells Gate in the Gauge for 2 hours walk with game and route to Lake Naivasha for a boat ride (Here you will get to experience the most special boat ride with the hippos, water wildlife at the lake shore with all different water Birds like the Cormorants, Giant kingfisher, Pelicans and much much more With the unique Pied kingfisher panting on air to catch the fish. Back to the Camp for the night, or for the game viewing in Lake Nakuru National Park full day visit in the worlds known ornithological spectacle with over 450 different species of birds and also the sanctuary to the greatly endangered Black Rhino and also the home of White Rhino, Rothschild Giraffe with over million Flamingos and tens of Pelicans, back to the camp for the night.
Day 8: After breakfast drive to MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE in the Talek area arriving for lunch and put up your tents along the Talek River. Afternoon game drive to experience the Seventh wonder of the world and discover the unique animal migration from southern to northern Mara in the afternoon game viewing overnight at the camp.
Day 9: Full day game viewing as per your own convenience with an option on the Maasai village visit or other activities you would like to do, meals at your camp.
Day 10: After early morning game, drive back to the camp for breakfast pack your equipment and drive back to Nairobi to connect your flight back home. The initial plan for this trip is to try and promote some of the sites in Kenya which are very unique and fabulous at affordable rate to everyone who feels like visiting Kenya in limited budget and good in hiking. Camping is very exciting, you get to interact with Nature and feel the Nature, as a matter of fact you get to understand and get absorbed in it, its very Educative to fauna and flora than ever.
